Indian Navy invites applications from unmarried Male candidates for the recruitment of Sailor Vacancies (Sports Quota Entry). Vacancy Details:
Name of the Post: Sailor
1. Direct Entry Petty Officer
2. Senior Secondary Recruitment (SSR)
3. Matric Recruits (MR)
4. Non Matric Recruits (NMR)
Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 17 years and 22 years, candidates should have been born between 01-10-1993 to 30-09-1997 for Sl No 1 Post and 17 years to 21 years, candidates should have been born between 01-08-1993 to 31-07-1997 for Sl No 2 Post and 17 years to 21 years, candidates should have been born between 01-10-1993 to 30-09-1997 for Sl No 3 & 4 Posts as on date of commencement of course.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have 10+2 qualified in any stream or equivalent examination for Sl No 1, 2 & 3 Posts and passed VIth class for Sl No 4 Post.
Selection Procedure: Candidates are selected based on Trails & Medical Exam.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply on A4 sheet in prescribed format along with one additional recent Colored passport size photograph (back ground Blue) with their name and signature on the reverse of the photograph and send to the Secretary, Indian Navy Sports Control Board, 7th Floor, Chankya Bhavan, Integrated Head Quarters, MoD (NAVY), New Delhi- 110021 on or before 30-04-2014 and 07-05-2014 for candidates in remote areas.
