Narendra Kothari has been appointed as the new Chairman of National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC) Limited on 17 April . Narendra Kothari is currently the CEO of SAIL’s Burnpur plant in West Bengal. The

country’s biggest iron ore miner NDMC has been functioning without a full-time chairman and managing director ever since incumbent Rana Som retired in December 2011.
